1. Service Description & License
FreeImGen AI provides a free, client-side browser utility that formats user-selected imagery into a 3:4 point-of-view aspect ratio and synthesizes standard EXIF/XMP photographic metadata compatible with mobile photo viewers and Instagram Stories.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use the service for personal, artistic, and creator purposes.
2. Trademark & Non-Affiliation Notice
FreeImGen AI is an independent utility and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., EssilorLuxottica, or Ray-Ban.
- "Ray-Ban" is a registered trademark of Luxottica Group S.p.A.
- "Meta", "Instagram", and "Stories" are registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
- All product names, logos, and brands referenced on this site are property of their respective owners and used strictly for nominative identification and compatibility description.
3. User Content & Acceptable Use
You retain 100% ownership of any media processed through the application. Because FreeImGen AI operates entirely within your local browser sandbox, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, copyright, and authorization to modify and share any media you process.
You agree not to use this service to:
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
- Forge metadata for malicious impersonation, fraud, or defamatory purposes.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the proprietary code beyond permitted fair use.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FreeImGen AI does not guarantee that Instagram or any third-party platform will perpetually recognize synthesized metadata tags, as third-party algorithms and applications are subject to change without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreeImGen AI and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
